Personal Training with Susan

 

After a free consultation we will create a bespoke programme and support and motivate you to complete it.

Your body composition can be recorded, if you prefer. A training and nutrition log is provided so all aspects of your progress can be tracked, and rewarded!

 

Personal training which is FLEXIBLE

 

For all fitness levels: Beginner to Advanced

We can work with you multiple times a weeks, in person, remotely, or just do 1-off sessions, as and when you need a little extra direction or accountability. Tailored training plans are available for when you need a little extra inspiration but can’t commit to, or don’t fancy in-person sessions.

I cannot praise and thank Susan at Fluid Fitness enough. I have been training with her on and off for the last couple of years - indoor rowing, group training sessions and 1:1. She has always adapted any training session to fit in with my life, health, injuries and even lockdown. Train at your home or nearby green space. Mix work-outs up with a variety of equipment including resistance bands, indoor rowing machine and pads.
