Fun fitness is essential no matter what your age!

I’ve trained individuals aged 3-80, families and rowing teams for 20 years and completed an MA focussing on motivations to be active.

What I’ve learned is enjoyment and the support of family and peers is paramount to becoming & staying active.

The result was imaginary play with my kids merging with my personal trainer brain… Family Fitness was born!
